The 12th Annual Institute will be held March 14-15 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. In addition to sponsoring the event, TRG’s Andrew Emery will be a panelist in the Rulemaking 101 program on the rulemaking process. This will be the 6th year that the Section has held the Rulemaking 101 program and the 6th year that Mr. Emery has participated. The Rulemaking 101 program is split into two sessions: The Rulemaking Process, and Judicial Review of Rules.
