TRG follows OPM for Washington, DC

TRG courses scheduled in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area are cancelled if the Federal government operating status in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area is "Federal agencies are CLOSED" according to OPM (http://www.opm.gov/status/).

TRG courses scheduled in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area will take place as scheduled if the Federal government is "OPEN," "Liberal leave," "Unscheduled leave," "Delayed arrival," "Adjusted arrival/departure," or "Adjusted work dismissal."

If TRG cancels a course for any reason, TRG assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel or travel-related costs. TRG will attempt to notify registrants of a cancellation using the phone number and email address listed on their registration forms.

If TRG cancels a course due to weather, you have the option of a refund or a transfer to a future scheduled offering of the same course. If your need to reach us on the day of a course please email us or call us 202-466-3205.
