ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE OF THE UNITED STATES (ACUS)

The Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS) was an influential Federal advisory agency on administrative procedure issues that operated from 1968 to 1995. ACUS made over 300 recommendations, that continue to be useful references, on administrative adjudication, rulemaking, openness laws, judicial review, and other matters. These recommendations are available at http://www.law.fsu.edu/library/admin/acus/acustoc.html.
