These courses are on rulemaking related subjects such as: Federal regulatory process, internal agency rulemaking procedures, compliance with the Administrative Procedure Act and related statutes and executive orders, regulation writing, agency guidance, Paperwork Reduction Act compliance, and Plain Language.  This list does not include agency employees who have attended our publicly scheduled courses (open to all government employees and the private sector).  Employees from almost every regulatory agency in the Federal government have attended TRG's "open" courses.
