The Regulatory Group, Inc. (TRG) offers a training course series to obtain a TRG Rulemaking Analyst Certificate. Designed to build well-rounded expertise, the certificate allows participants to complete courses in any order while developing practical skills across key aspects of rulemaking. 

You can earn the TRG Rulemaking Analyst Certificate by completing training in the rulemaking process through six (6) courses. There are five (5) core required courses and your choice of one (1) course, either Analyzing Public Comments in Rulemaking or Paperwork Reduction Act Compliance. Completed courses do not expire for credit toward the certificate.
